Why We Built This Site
Many Arkansas court dockets are open to the public, yet Lafayette County records do not all sit with one clerk. The Lafayette County Circuit Clerk maintains criminal, civil, domestic-relations, probate, and juvenile matters filed in Circuit Court. Local traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, small-claims, and limited civil files remain with the proper District Court clerk. Search ARCourts serves as the statewide online index for available case information. The clerk where a case originated is still the authority for current case details and certified documents. This resource gathers the official routes without performing any court function.
What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do
This privately operated reference resource is not connected with an Arkansas court, clerk's office, or government agency. It cannot perform official case services:
- It cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file on a reader's behalf
- It cannot cancel, move, reset, or reschedule a hearing or court date
- It cannot alter, remove, or seal any docket entry or case
- It cannot authenticate or issue a certified docket, order, judgment, or filing
- It cannot provide legal advice about the meaning or effect of a specific case
- It cannot promise that a listed fee, contact detail, or setting is still current
An official or certified copy must come from the court or clerk that maintains the file. This resource can point to that office but cannot provide the record.
Search Partners
Third-party companies operate the search boxes found on certain content pages. Each provider determines its own results, service terms, and charges. When a reader purchases a service after using one of those tools, the resulting referral payment may help fund this resource. The private provider alone controls what it returns and how much it costs.
